摘要 检测支护锚杆时的传统方法是"拉拔法"选取少数锚杆进行检测,检测后的锚杆损坏、有很强的破坏性,因此采用超声波进行无损检测很有实用价值,是近年的研究重点。超声波检测技术需做大量实验,耗时长、成本高。数值模拟恰好能够克服这些缺点,是研究导波检测技术的重要工具。数值模拟中,模型建立十分重要。文章着重讨论实体模型和平面轴对称模型,平面轴对称模型同实体模型取得了较为一致的模拟结果,轴对称模型可以减少单元数量,有其优势。三维实体模型最为接近实际,文章给出了其网格划分的三种方法。 The traditional method of testing anchor,drawing method,tests small number anchors.But anchor damage caused by testing is very destructive;therefore non-destructive examination with ultrasonic wave is practical which has become the research focus in recent years.However,ultrasonic testing technology needs many experiments which are costly and lengthy.The numerical simulation can overcome these shortcomings and is an important tool to study ultrasonic guided wave testing technology.In the simulation,the model building is essential.The article focuses on solid model and 2D axisysmmetric model.While the two models achieved rather consistent results,the 2D axisysmmetric model can reduce unit quantity and has advantages.3D solid model is close to reality mostly.The article provides three methods for mesh generation and better commands.
