The energy structure of Shanxi province is coal-oriented high-carbon style,which causes the fast-growth of energy consumption and the sharp degeneration of ecology environment.The paper analyzes the necessity and constraints of the low carbon transition of coal resource cities in Shanxi and proposes the regulation countermeasures,which could provide supports for the scientific transition decision.
