摘要
某矿3109工作面液压支架在回采中出现扎底、倾斜、底座箱体撕裂等现象,为此建立放顶煤工作面"支架-围岩"力学模型。经对支架底座的有限元应力计算,指出支架底座危险截面位于底座过桥处。从而采取提高底座箱体强度、减小底座底板比压、提高底板刚度等措施,保证了综采放顶煤工作面在围岩破碎带的安全高效开采。
Underframe sinking,tilting,and base cabinet tearing appeared in the hydraulic support during the caving on No.3109 working face.A support-surrounding rock mechanical model was established for top coal caving face to determine structural fracture zone and the mechanical and boundary geometrical condition of the support.The finite element stress calculation for the support base showed that the dangerous section of the base lies in the bridge part.Therefore,the countermeasures,like increasing cabinet strength,reducing base/floor pressure rate,increasing floor stiffness,etc.,could reduce the support's torque under eccentric loading and increase its stability,which guaranteed the safe and efficient mining on the top coal caving face in the fracture zone.
