摘要
分析企业技术联盟模式的基础上,基于企业的学习能力,从技术联盟伙伴和联盟组织模式两方面提出了我国煤炭企业技术联盟的模式。
On the analysis of technology alliance mode of enterprises,the paper presented the alliance mode for coal enterprises in terms of learning ability in two ways:technology alliance partners and alliance organization mode.
