自动清洗气水混合喷雾降尘系统的应用研究

Application of Auto-cleaning Dust Reduction System by Spray with Air-water Mixing

为给井下采煤、掘进、转载、运输过程中降低粉尘量,引入了自动清洗气水混合喷雾降尘系统。分析了其工作原理及其特性,分析了各试验点的粉尘浓度降低数,确定了其实际运用效果,为煤矿防治粉尘提供新方法。

To reduce dust in the process of mining,driving,transshipping and transporting,auto-cleaning dust reduction system by spray with air-water mixing was introduced.The paper studied not only the system's working principle and features but also reduction value of dust concentration at each testing point.The application effect showed that the system could be a new method for dust control in mines.
