摘要
针对目前福州地区电力调度数据网运行情况,研究电力调度数据网链路监测告警系统的各项技术要求,对福州地区电网电力调度专用数据网链路监测告警系统的系统架构、应用功能、系统关键技术等进行了讨论。
This paper intends to analyze the technical requirements on Monitoring and Alarm System according to the running situation of Power Dispatch Data Network in Fuzhou Area,and discuss system architecture,functional application,core applying technique to improve the system.
