300MW循环流化床锅炉空气预热器吹灰器改造节能分析 被引量:3

摘要 某电厂300 MW循环流化床锅炉自投产以来,由于空气预热器蒸汽吹灰效果不佳,空气预热器管排灰垢不断积累,排烟温度和引风机电流持续升高,机组经济性指标不断下降。改装燃气脉冲吹灰器后,锅炉排烟温度和引风机电流比较稳定,且比采用蒸汽吹灰器的参数大幅降低,锅炉效率和厂用电率等经济指标良好,节能效果明显。 After commercial running of a 300MW CFB boiler,due to air preheater steam soot-blowing effect is not obvious,ash continued to accumulate at the air preheater tube row,exhaust gas temperature and draught fan current continues to rise,the unit economy index dropped ceaselessly.After modification of gas soot-blower,the exhaust gas temperature and the draught fan current were relatively stable and greatly reduced compared with the steam soot-blower.The efficiency of the boiler and auxiliary power consumption rate and others economic indicators are good,and energy conservation effect are obvious.
