摘要
为实现输电线路钢管杆的无损检测,对超声导波检测技术进行研究。通过对钢管杆结构解析以及对超声导波检测理论的分析,选择S1模式Lamb波并制备相应探头,对钢管杆试样进行检测。结果能够有效检出了试样的模拟裂纹及腐蚀坑,表明该技术可行。
To achieve steel transmission pole NDT,ultrasonic guided waves testing technique was studied in this paper.The structure of steel transmission pole and the theory of ultrasonic guided waves testing technique were analysed,then the S1 mode Lamb wave was chose and the corresponding probe was made.The simulation crack and corrosion pits in sample could be found by the S1 mode lamb wave,which showed that it was feasible using ultrasonic guided waves to achieve steel transmission pole NDT.
