摘要
为实现IEC 61970和DL/T 860标准体系的信息共享,对智能变电站SCD文件的建模进行研究和分析,通过规范、扩展和细化SCD文件的逻辑节点结构、信息名称以及相关描述,实现两者的无缝链接。
To solve the information sharing between IEC 61970 and DL/T 860 criterion,the method on model building of the SCD files for smart substations are researched and analyzed.By standarding,expanding and refining the structure of LNs,the information name and the related description in the SCD file,it is seamlessly connected between IEC 61970 and DL/T 860 criterion.
