摘要
分析了一起高压断路器动作特性测试数据不合格的原因;通过调整合闸弹簧预压量,使高压断路器的动作特性测试结果达到设备厂家标准;最后针对高压断路器弹簧严重疲劳问题,提出检修对策。
One high-voltage circuit breaker failed in the operating characteristic test,and the causes are analyzed in this paper.It is found that by adjusting the preload of closing spring,the circuit breaker can meet the standard requirement of the manufacturers of the device.A few maintenance strategies are also presented for high-voltage circuit breakers with severe fatigue springs.
