社区民警驻区制在北京实施以来,取得了明显的社会效果,也引起了社会的广泛关注。这是对传统社区警务的创新发展,是我国社会管理综合治理的重要举措,也是我国社会管理机制的重要创新。从社区民警驻区制的社会历史条件出发,分析北京社区民警驻区制的警务实践,探讨社区民警驻区制的实践意义,为我国警务改革提供新的思路。

Since it was implemented in Beijing,the system of resident police in community has achieved apparent social effect,and has caused widespread attention.It is innovative development of traditional community policing.It is an important initiative in comprehensive improvement of social administration in China.It is also an important innovation of social administration mechanism of our country.Starting from the social and historical conditions of the system of resident police in community,the author analyzes the policing practice in the system of resident police in community in Beijing,discusses its practical meaning and puts forward new ideas for the policing reform in China.
