Experience on Clinical Skill Training for Medical Students

临床技能培训是医学教学过程中的重要组成部分,是由医学生过渡到住院医师的必经之路。因此,在临床教学中,重视和加强医学生实际操作能力的培养尤为重要。初步总结两年来医学生带教的经验及教训,提出了医学生、带教老师等各环节如何提高教学水平的建议。

As an important part of medical education,clinical skill training is also an important period for medical students to become residents.So in clinical skill training process,it is important to promote students’ practical skill.Experience and lessons from these two years’ training is included in this article in order to make the training more successfully.
