颈椎病的X线平片表现及不足(附268例报告)

摘要 目的:综合分析颈椎病的X线平片表现及不足之处。方法:收集近年来经临床确诊的颈椎病268例,对其X线表现进行分析、总结。结果:颈椎生理曲度变直225例,占83%;生理曲度反弓89例,占33%;椎体缘骨质增生238例,占88%;钩突增生201例,占75%;椎间隙狭窄188例,占70%;椎间孔狭窄变形179例,占67%;颈部韧带钙化135例,占50%。结论:椎体缘骨质增生、钩突增生、椎间隙狭窄、椎间孔变形是颈椎病的重要征象。X线平片对诊断颈椎病有重要价值,但也有不足之处,有时需要进一步检查。
