论陈献章、庄昶的人生态度与思想倾向

On the Attitude towards Life and Thought Orientation of Chen Xianzhang and Zhuang Chang

陈献章、庄昶等人选择拒仕,目的是试图以自己的行为方式引起士人对人生终极价值失落的关注。他们的这种人生态度与他们的思想有着密切的关系。陈献章、庄昶提倡主静之学具有许多层面,本文主要分析了他们的思想与濂、洛之学的渊源关系。他们通过对宋儒的主静传统和“孔、颜之乐”的再发现,以重建儒学的真精神。但是,陈献章、庄昶的思想与现实存有许多矛盾,故他们不得不通过审美以安顿自我的生命。

The reason why the scholars like Cheng Xianzhang and Zhuang Chang choose not to pursue an official career is that they intend to attract with their own behaviors attention from the society for their frustration of their ultimate life goals. Their attitude towards life is closely linked with their thoughts. There are several aspects in the theory advocated by Chen Xianzhang and Zhuang Chang. This paper mainly discusses the linkage between their ideas with idealist philosophy. Cheng and Zhuang hope to restore the real spirit of Confucianism by rediscovering the traditions in scholars of Song Dynasty and the pleasures of Confucius and Yan Hui. However, there are a lot contradictions between real life and Cheng and Zhuang's ideas, and therefore they have to settle their own lives through aesthetic judgment.
