大学的生存和人的生存一样,精、气、神必须要依附在健壮的肢体之上,并相互支持。学生工作在大学里就好象是人的心脏,在新形势下影响心脏功能的各种消极因素很多,我们必须积极应对。确立以培养人才为中心,加强学生工作队伍的全面建设,规定主要领导的注意力和工作重心,创新学生管理教育体制机制,全面推进学生思想政治工作,端正对学生工作岗位的认识等等。

The survival of a university is the same as that of a person, whose spirit depends on a sound body and mutual support between the two. In the university, student management is like the heart of a person. Under new circumstances, we must positively deal with various negative factors affecting the heart function. Thus, while centering on the personnel training, enforcing student management comprehensively, defining the focus of attention and work, innovating the student management mechanism, pushing forward the ideological and political work and adjusting the concept of the student management.
