Economic Structure Adjustment: Reality Support of Applying the Scientific Outlook on Development

践行科学发展观从持续提高经济效益、改善可持续发展能力、实现全面协调发展目标、落脚于人的全面发展等对经济结构合理性提出了新的要求。然而,产业结构不合理、区域经济发展不平衡、城乡二元结构以及经济增长与社会和人的发展不匹配等结构性矛盾对践行科学发展观带来了新的挑战。因此,从物质基础、现实抓手和实践手段等层面看,调整经济结构是践行科学发展观强有力的现实支撑。

From continuing to increase the economic benefits,improving the ability of sustainable development,realizing the comprehensive and coordinated development goals,and locating in an all-round development of man and so on,practicing the scientific development view sets these new requests on economic structure rationality.However,the structural contradictions such as the unreasonable industrial structure is not reasonable,the unbalanced development of regional economy,the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas,and the mismatching among economic growth,social development and comprehensive development of man,constitute new challenges on practicing the scientific development view.Therefore,from the material base,reality and practice means,the adjustment of economic structure is the reality of strong support in practicing the scientific development view.
