摘要
"十一五"期间,河北省高校人才流失中多为中青年骨干,性别相当,学历层次表现不一。人才流失既有社会原因,学校原因,还有个人原因。因此,应注重改善人才生存环境,加强制度建设,加大投入,搞好统计分析。
In the period of '11th five-year plan',the talented person loss of colleges and universities in Hebei province are most of the young and middle-aged backbone,gender quite,record of formal schooling level performs different.Brain drain has the social reasons,school reasons,and the personal reason.Therefore,we should pay attention to improve the talent environment,strengthen system construction,increase investment,do a good job in statistical analysis.
