摘要
目的:检测维吾尔族妊娠期高血压疾病母体血清MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达水平,分析其与新生儿体质量的相关性,为临床治疗及干预提高新生儿体质量提供理论依据。方法:ELISA法检测60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(其中轻度组和重度组各30例)及30例健康孕妇血清MMP-9和TIMP-1水平。结果:重度组新生儿体质量、头围、胸围、身长均明显低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组中MMP-9的浓度较其他两组明显减低(P<0.05);重度组、轻度组及对照组血清TIMP-1表达组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清MMP-9的水平与新生儿体质量线性相关(r=0.461,P<0.01)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病影响新生儿体质量,MMP-9的水平可能是影响新生儿体质量的因素之一。
Objective To investigate the MMP-9,TIMP-1 expression levels of pregnancy-induced hypertension in serum in Xinjiang Uygur and provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment of early intervention.Methods Matrix metalloproteinase-9,tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1 levels were detected in 60 patients of Uygur women with pregnancy induced hypertension and 30 healthy Uygur women with pregnancy by ELISA assay.Results In severe hypertension group,newborns physical weight,head circumference,chest circumference,and length,were lower compared to slight and moderate hypertension group and healthy group;the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 of the severe pregnancy induced hypertension were lower than the healthy group and the mild PIH,there was a significant different(P<0.05);mild pregnancy-induced hypertension group and the normal group have no significant differences(P>0.05);there was not statistical significance in TIMP-1(P>0.05),serum MMP-9 was positively correlated with neonatal weight(P<0.0001).Conclusion Pregnancy induced hypertension affect the newborn body mass,MMP-9 levels may be one of the factors affecting newborn body mass.
