摘要
目的:探讨应用舒适护理对择期行腰椎手术患者术前睡眠质量的影响。方法:将196例拟行腰椎手术患者随机分为对照组和干预组(n=98),对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上加以舒适护理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对2组患者睡眠质量进行评价分析。结果:干预组患者主观评价睡眠质量较对照组有明显改善。结论:对腰椎择期手术患者术前实施舒适护理,可改善患者睡眠质量,增加舒适感,促进康复。
Objective To study the influence of comfort care on preoperative sleep quality of patients to undergo lumbar spine surgery.Methods Total 196 patients with lumbar spine disease were randomly divided into control group and intervention group(n=98).The patients of control group received routine care,meanwhile the patients of intervention group received comfort care based on routine care.PSQI was used to evaluate the sleep quality,the influence of comfort care on sleep quality preoperation were evaluated.Results The sleep quality of patients in intervention group was significantly improved.Conclusion The intervention of comfort care in patients with lumbar spine surgery before operation can improve their sleep quality,increase comfortable feeling and promote recovery.
