轮槽铣刀采用新材料,以粉末冶金高速钢取代冶炼高速钢,进行粉末冶金高速钢的可锻性研究,通过自由锻造成型,园柱摔锻成型和焊接后锻造成型,来提高产品质量,节约原材料,降低产品成本,增加企业效益。

The milling cutter is made of the new material,in this research of forgeability of powder metal-lurgy high speed steel,the smelting high speed steel is replaced by the powder metallurgy high speed steel.The quality of product would be improved,the cost of the product would be reduced,and the enterprise’s returns would be increased by means of forging and moulding freely,cylindrical-throw forging molding and forging mold-ing after welding.
