摘要
国外跨国公司经营战略的基本特征体现在价值链核心环节的控制与运用、技术联盟与信息传递、人才争夺等方面。站在我国跨国经营企业的角度,本文提出实施价值链核心战略,实施国际市场渗透战略与"当地化"战略,以及用"培训与进修"吸引人才和挖掘"潜力型"人才战略。
The basic features of foreign transnational coorporation comes through the following aspects: the controlling & application of value-chain core, Technology Alliance & Information transfer and competition for talented people. For China’s transnational coorporation, this paper brings up the following strategies: value-chain core strategy; international market penetration strategy; localization strategy and the talented people strategy including training & further education and discovering the potential talented people.
