摘要
将茶树枝粉末脱脂后用水浸提多糖并纯化,分离的多糖具有降血糖的作用,对此多糖进行了理化性质分析,并利用纸层析和气相色谱仪对多糖中的单糖组成进行分析,组成分析表明此多糖的单糖组成为萄葡糖、半乳糖、甘露、阿拉伯糖,有少量的岩藻糖和核糖.
The polysaccharide is extracted with water from powder of tea branch that was separated lipid before and is purified. The separate polysaccharide can significantly lower the level of total blood sugar. This polysaccharide's physicochemical character is studied. On the base of TCL and GC, monosaccharide consititution of TPS is analysed. The result shows that this polysaccharide is comsituted Glucose, Galactose,Mannose, Arabinose and little Ribose and little Fusnose.
