Culture of Innovative Ability in Medical Postgraduate

针对目前医院对硕士研究生的培养所出现的问题,结合作者多年教学、临床经验,从创新意识、创新性思维、科研能力及临床实践能力等方面探讨目前医学硕士研究生创新能力的培养,以期为广大医学工作者提供参考。

Aimed at current problems on training of medicine masters in hospitals,combined with many years of teaching and clinical experience,it was investigated of innovation ability training of medical postgraduates from innovation sense,creative thinking,scientific research ability,clinical practice ability to provide a reference for the majority of medical workers.
