中药熏蒸配合中频电疗治疗肩周炎30例 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察中药熏蒸配合中频电疗治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用中药熏蒸配合中频电疗治疗;对照组采用针灸治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为76.67%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药熏蒸配合中频电疗治疗肩周炎疗效确切。 Objective: To observe the effects of fumigation with IF radiotherapy clinical treatment for frozen shoulder.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with intermediate frequency electrical stimulation;control group with acupuncture treatment.Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33%,and 76.67% in the control group.Compared the total effectiveness of two group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Chinese medicine fumigation with intermediate frequency electrical stimulation is a effective treatment for frozen shoulder.
