摘要
医院在组建过程中,为调动广大职工工作积极性,充分发挥技术骨干作用,对医院各类岗位进行了分类,建立了医院岗位价值评估模型,并依据岗位价值评估模型对医院各类岗位进行价值评估,初步建立了适合医院特点的薪酬结构体系,促进了医院的发展。
During hospital incorporation,in order to arouse the enthusiasm of staff and sufficiently bring the effect of core technician into play,hospital positions can be put into different categories,the different hospital positions can be evaluate based on the position evaluation that have been made.Thus,the salary system has been founded primarily which is suitable for the hospital characteristic to promote hospital evolution.
