尿微量白蛋白/肌酐与高血压危险分级的关系

Relationship Between Urinary Albumin Creatinine Ratio and Risk Levels in Patients with Hypertension

摘要 目的:研究尿白蛋白肌酐比(urinary albumin creatinine ratio,UACR)与高血压患者危险度的关系。方法:对入选的60例正常人和160例高血压患者的资料进行分析,将患者按高血压危险因素分为四组,比较各组UACR的差异。结果:脉压和收缩压与尿白蛋白肌酐比相关联,UACR在高血压各危险组间均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:UACR与高血压患者的危险度相关联,可作为危险分级的指标。 Objective: To study the relationship between urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UACR) and risk levels in patients with hypertension.Methods: On the selected 60 cases of normal persons and 160 patients with hypertension were analyzed,according to the risk factors of hypertension patients were divided into four groups,group UACR differences comparison.Results: Pulse pressure and systolic blood pressure and urinary albumin creatinine ratio associated with each risk group,UACR in hypertension are differences.Conclusion: The UACR in hypertension patients was associated with risk levels and can be used as risk grading index.
