摘要
2008年初的冰灾波及湖南省大部分地市,受灾人数过千万;其强大的破坏力还体现在对电力的中断,这和现代战争的打击类似,也给了我们不少启示。在未来的电力建设中,我们应从抵御灾害和战争防御的角度出发,思考应急状况下湖南的电力供应。
In early 2008,most of cities in Hunan province had been attacked by ice disaster,over ten million people affected.The disaster interrupted the power supply,similar as in modern war,and this experience triggers a lot of enlightenment.In the future construction of Hunan electric power supply,it could stand at anti-disaster and anti-war points to put forward.
