配电网智能AVC实时闭环控制策略和建设途径研究

摘要 为建设智能电网和促进电网无功电压技术经济转型而作。首先介绍了智能AVC必须具有的技术特征与它的技术支持,及其与AVC的区别。重点研究了配电网智能AVC的实时闭环控制策略,并举例展示配电网电能质量、线路损耗与电压稳定储备系数三个指标同时抵达的最好状态;而后提出它的建设途径;在结语中总结出智能AVC的创新点。 For building smart grid and promoting power grid reactive power and voltage technology economic transformation,this article first introduced intelligent AVC facilitated technical features and its technical support,also its difference with AVC.Focused on real-time closed-loop control strategy of intelligent AVC in distribution network and exampled a best result when power quality,line loss and voltage stability reserve factor these three indices reach optimum at the same time;proposed its construction method;summed up the highlights of smart AVC in final conclusion.
