摘要
针对大型电站锅炉的水冷壁高温腐蚀问题,以某电厂为例,通过炉内冷态空气动力场试验对五层一次风燃烧器中心标高处的炉膛断面空气运动情况进行测试,以及在不同负荷及工况条件下,对水冷壁贴壁CO气氛进行了抽样测试,结果表明采用反切风改善水冷壁近壁气氛防止煤粉气流贴壁,可以有效地改善近壁还原性气氛,减少高温腐蚀。
For large power plant boiler of water wall high-temperature corrosion problem,taking example of a power plant,through the furnace cold air dynamic field test on the movement of air at the center of primary air burner at level five furnace cross-section elevation,as well as at different loads and working conditions,sample tests for water wall adherent CO atmosphere were taken,results show that by reverse tangential wind can improve the atmosphere near the water wall by preventing the pulverized coal sticking to the wall,and can effectively improve the near wall reducibility atmosphere to reduce the high-temperature corrosion.
