随着高等职业教育的快速发展,如何提高职业教育教学质量问题日益受到关注。人力资源管理专业实训教学作为教学中的关键环节,直接影响到专业教学的质量和人才培养目标的达成。本文在研究高职人力资源管理专业实践教学特点基础上,构建了一个"全过程、渐进式、多平台、可测量"的高职人力资源管理专业实践教学创新体系。

With the fast development of higher vocational education,how to improve the teaching quality of vocational education draws more and more attention.Training teaching in Human Resources Management Program,as a crucial teaching link,directly affects the teaching quality and achievement of talent cultivation objectives of the program.Based on the study of the characteristics of practical teaching of Human Resources Management Program in higher vocational colleges,the paper constructs an innovative practical teaching system for human resources management program in higher vocational colleges which is 'of whole process,progressive,of multi-platform and measurable'.
