农村学校性犯罪受害学生保护机制研究被引量：1

摘要儿童性侵害在国内外,都是人们必须长期面对的课题.但不同的是,近年来国内发生的中小学生遭遇猥亵、强奸,以至奸杀女生案件,频繁在新闻媒体上出现,中小学生的性安全引起社会广泛关注.这些触目惊心的恶性案件不断出现,这也给教育部门如何为未成年人保护提出了尖锐的问题,尤其是如何为性暴力受害者提供保护,使他们能够最大限度减少二次伤害,恢复原有生活状态,这是摆在教育部门和教育工作者面前的全新课题.
