ATP发光法在微菌含量样品测试中的集菌方式与测试方法的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究针对ATP检测方法在微菌含量样品检测中的应用限制,设计并实现了新的集菌方式,使被测样品由微量浓度向浓缩到集菌膜上的收集方式转变;在测试过程中,我们采用了先大量充分裂解,混匀后再微量进样测试的方式,变相解决了现有ATP生物发光监测仪微量进样测试要求的限制。这两种实验方法的创新,使得微菌含量被测样品利用ATP发光法进行快速检测成为可能。 To design and realiz a new method of collecting and detecting microbacterium samples.With new collecting bacteria,concentration of sample was increased for the collecting bacteria membrane.The sample limit of ATP Bioluminescence Method monitor was also solved by a great quantity of sample pyrolyzing,mixing and mciro-sampling.This makes it possible that rapid detection of ATP luminescence method.
