固相微萃取联用气相色谱测定水中的多环芳烃 被引量:5

Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water by solid-phase microextraction coupled to gas chromatography

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的离子液体键合固相微萃取涂层联用气相色谱测定水中的萘、联苯、芴、菲、荧蒽5种多环芳烃(PAHs).对固相微萃取的条件进行优化.方法的检测限为0.000 5~0.05μg/L,线性范围在0.1~100μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于5.3%.对东湖水样进行测定,未检测到5种多环芳烃,其回收率为71.0%~107.9%. Sol-gel preparation of ionic liquids(IL)bonded solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography coated the water of naphthalene,biphenyl,fluorene,phenanthrene,fluoranthene five kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).Conditions for solid-phase microextraction were optimized.The detection limits were 0.000 5-0.05μg/L,linear range was 0.1-100μg/L,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were no more than 5.3%.East Lake water samples were analyzed,but five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were not found,and the recovery rate was 71.0%-107.9%.
