摘要
针对福建省小水电、风电等分布式发电资源丰富的特点,结合福建电网现状,定性分析福建发展分布式电源可能给电力系统带来的正、负面影响,提出应对措施和发展建议。
In view of the features of distributed generation resources including small hydro power and wind power in Fujian province,the positive and negative impacts of distributed generation development on power system are qualitatively analyzed in combination with the present status of Fujian power grid.Relevant measures and developing suggestions are also put forward.
