阐述了短期电能计划安全校核系统的建设目的、技术结构特点、主要功能,展望了安全校核工作的发展方向,总结了影响安全校核工作实用化效果的主要因素。
This paper expatiates goal of the construction,technical configuration,technical-characteristics and main functions of Security Checking System for Short-Term Generation Schedule(SCS).Meanwhile,it prospects the development aspect of SCS,and at last the paper summarizes the main impact factors for the practicality of SCS.
