摘要
将一级反渗透浓水用于超滤反洗水可有效提高水的利用率,但如果浓水中含有直径大于膜功能层孔径的颗粒,则会污堵超滤膜。通过研究超滤膜特性、分析污堵过程,认为一定条件下,将反渗透浓水作为超滤反洗水是可行的。
Though water utilization ration could be promoted effectively by using condensed water of reverse osmosis as back-wash water for ultra-filtration members,the ultra-filtration films would tend to be blocked because that the diameters of grains in the water are lager than diameters of the holes of the function layers of the films.Thus,this paper conducts a study for the character of the ultra-filtration film,and analysis the process of the blocking,to draw the conclusion that using condensed water of reverse osmosis as back-wash water for ultra-filtration members is feasible under certain conditions.
