Research on the Development Strategy of Producer Services in Inner Mongolia——Based on SWOT Analysis

SWOT分析法被广泛用于揭示产业发展进程中的制约因素、发展前景及其发展战略方向的研究。本研究在SWOT研究框架下,对内蒙古生产性服务业发展过程中的内部条件和外部环境进行了综合评价,明确其进一步发展的优势、劣势、机遇和风险,目的是清楚地理解内蒙古生产性服务业的发展现状,并试图为政策制定者提供信息,帮助他们在生产性服务业的增长和发展方面做出决策,对未来生产性服务业发展做出战略规划。

SWOT analysis has often been used in identifying external opportunities and threats as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses of the organization.Under the framework of SWOT study,the paper provides an analysis to the current situation of producer services development in Inner Mongolia.The purpose of the analysis of external opportunities and threats is to evaluate whether an enterprise can seize opportunities and avoid threats when facing an uncontrollable external environment.The purpose of the analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses is to evaluate how an enterprise carries out its internal work.Based on the above discussion,several strategies and suggestions about future growth and strategic planning were put forward in the conclusions section,especially for policy makers.
