摘要
本文对骨干高职青年教师的工作满意度开展实证研究,分析调查数据并做出差异比较,结论如下:在骨干高职建设初期,青年教师对目前的工作总体感到满意;学历学位、职称等变量对工作满意度存在显著影响;学历较低的工作满意度高于学历较高的,职称较低的工作满意度高于职称较高的。针对该结论提出提升满意度的建议。
An empirical study on the young teachers’working satisfaction degree of higher vocational academies is completed,this article analyzes the survey data and makes a comparison,then the results are as the following: at the initial stage of building the 'Model Institutes’ the young teachers are satisfied with their work;the degree of their satisfaction was obviously influenced by the variable quantity of the title of a technical post etc.;the satisfaction degree is inversely proportional to teachers’education background and title.Aiming at the results,suggestions are proposed in this article in order to promote the degree of the young teachers’satisfaction.
