On the campus cultural ecology of higher vocational academies in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江高职院校文化生态的基本结构应该从黄炎培职教思想、地方产业文化、大学精神三个方面凝练出集体精神价值、集体性格、集体行为方式。其培育和形成应该植根于黄炎培职教思想、黑龙江地方产业文化、大学精神的文化土壤,从中提取文化基因和文化营养,将三者以生态方式有机融合。

The basic structure of campus cultural ecology of higher vocational academies in Heilongjiang Province should be extracted the collective spirit value,collective personality,collective way of act from three factors of HUANG Yanpei’s thought of vocational education,local industrial culture and campus spirits.Its cultivation and formation should be rooted in the cultural soil of HUANG Yanpei’s thought of vocational education,Heilongjiang local industrial culture and campus spirits,we should extract cultural gene and cultural nutrition in order to make the three factors ecologically be together into an organic integration.
