基于校企合作下的校企文化融合的探索

高职院校的办学定位和职业特征决定其校园文化建设只有突出"职业"与"行业"的特点,才能充分发挥其育人功能。加大校企文化对接融合的研究和实践力度,是建设融入企业文化、彰显行业特色的高职校园文化的有效途径,是高职校园文化建设中一个亟待解决的新型课题。校企文化的融合是高职校园文化发展的大趋势,高职院校应当积极吸纳企业文化,通过校园文化与企业文化的有机融合,将企业文化去粗取精,将优秀的成份纳入校园文化体系中,建设具有企业特色的校园文化。

The orientation and professional features of higher vocational education decide that may its educational function give full play if its campus culture construction emphasizes the features of vocation and industry.Increasing the strength of college-enterprise cultural butt joint and fusion is the effective way to build a higher vocational campus culture that is blended in the enterprise culture and with the characteristics of industrial feature,it is also the new project to be solved in the construction of higher vocational campus culture.The fusion of the campus culture and enterprise culture is the general trend for the development of higher vocational campus culture,the higher vocational academies should absorb and integrate with the enterprise culture organically,discard its dross and select its essential in order to build a campus culture with the features of enterprise.
