黄炎培“大职业教育主义”思想的当代价值探讨

Research on the contemporary values of HUANG Yan-pei’s thought of "Generalized vocational education"

笔者分析了黄炎培"大职业教育主义"的产生背景、基本内容和意义,进而从职业教育要面向社会,并随着社会的发展而发展;职业教育要开放性办学,把培养学生的职业技能放在首位,促进学生就业等方面,论述了黄炎培"大职业教育主义"思想的当代价值。

This paper analyzes the background,basic content and significance of the thought of 'Generalized vocational education' that put forward by Mr.HUANG Yan-pei.And then,it expounds the contemporary values of this thought from the following aspects:firstly,the vocational education should meet the demands from the different fields in society and develop with the society;Secondly,the vocational education should be with the characteristic of openness,which put the training of students’vocational skills in the first place;Thirdly,the vocational education should try the best to promote students’employment.
