From Hierarchical Governance to Network Governance: Searching for the WholeFramework of Governance Theory

企业治理经历了从遵循"股东至上主义"逻辑的单边治理到信奉利益相关者平等参与企业所有权的分配的共同治理的演进过程总的来说是科层治理。在当代,由于环境、市场交易的属性、竞争的方式和特点发生了很大的变化,企业组织的边界日益模糊,企业互动与合作变得必要而频繁,显然完整的治理理论应该包括对企业之间合作协调关系进行制度设计和安排的网络治理。

Enterprise governance has gone through the process of unilateral governance, which following the creed that ' the stock holders are the most important, and gone through the process of co-governance, which advocates that 'the interest-related partners should fairly participate the enterprise's ownership distribution.Nowadays because of the changing environment, the nature of market transaction and mode and characteristics of competition, the organization's boundary is becoming unclear increasingly. So the interaction and cooperation become more frequent. Apparently, the whole governance theory should include the network governance that arranges and designs the cooperation and adjustment among enterprises.
