摘要
我国中小企业在本次金融危机中受创最为严重,究其根本原因,在于我国中小企业人才匮乏、人才战略缺失。中小企业要想在后危机时期崛起,必须对中小企业人才匮乏的原因进行认真探究,确立切实可行的人才战略,形成中小企业人才培养、积累和发展的长效机制。
China's SEMs sustained huge losses in the financial crisis,the root cause for this is the shortage of talent and the lack of human resource strategy.Only by exploring the root causes seriously,implementing an achievable strategy of human resource and establishing a long-effect mechanism of the talents'training,accumulation and development,can the SEMs rise again.
