转变管理观念 助推学生成长——高职院校班主任管理工作的思考

Change the concept of management,boost the students' growth——Thoughts on the work of the teachers in charge of a class

高职院校班主任工作必须围绕着促进学生健康成长这个根本来转变管理观念,应自觉地贯彻和运用源头管理、重点管理、大局管理和民主管理的管理观念,把重点放在更好地帮助学生健康成长上来,讲求方法,提高管理水平。

The teachers in charge of a class in higher vocational institutes should change their concept of management surrounding the center of promoting the students to grow healthily.They should consciously carry out and use the concept of source management,emphasis management,overall-situation management and democratic management and lay the stress on helping the students to grow healthily,meanwhile they should pay attention to the methods and improve their management level.
