摘要
中国房地产业从上世纪80年代初起步,其后几经波折,已经从最初的无序竞争、价格竞争,发展到今天的品牌竞争。激烈的市场竞争必然导致优胜劣汰。房地产企业要实现可持续发展,建立优秀的企业文化就成为重要条件,尤其合理选择房地产企业绩效文化的构建策略,更是不可或缺的因素。
Real estate industry originally arose in the beginning of 80s of last century. They experienced the periods of non-competition, price competition, and today's brand competition. The intense market competition surely result in the fact that 'only the fittest can survive'. To realize the sustainable development, the real estate enterprises have to establish their own excellent corporate culture. Moreover it has been the indispensable condition for the real estate enterprises to choose their own strategy in building the corporate performance culture.
