摘要
高职院校人才流失的态势不是正常合理的流动,流失的原因是多方面的,这有环境和社会因素的影响,有学校自身的影响,还有教师个人的原因。基于此,学校必须积极争取国家和社会的大力支持,领导要真正重视教师的地位,创造局部优势,增强学校对人才的吸引力和凝聚力。
Brain drain in higher vocational institutions is not a rational talent flow,there is a variety of reasons, including the impacts from working environment and social factors,and the reasons from the institutions and teachers themselves. Based on this, the institutions must be active in getting the national & social support, and their leaders should really pay attention to teachers’ social status, only in this way can the institutions create the local advantages, enhance their attraction and cohesion to the talents.
