给出了带假结的RNA二级结构自动绘画系统以及自由能的处理.用软件实现此方法可以把以碱基匹配表示的RNA分子二级结构自动转化为图形表示.

In this paper,a system of drawing automatically for secondary structure of RNA with pseudoknots is introduced and dealing with free energy.Realizing this approach by means of software,the secondary structure of RNA with pseudoknots represented by matched pair of alkaline base can become automatically picture play and give the picture output directly by printer.
