摘要
目前人们已充分认识到:高职教育应坚持以学生为本,突出学生的主体地位,这对于提高教学质量,实现高职培养目标具有十分重要的意义。笔者认为,高职教育管理也应突出学生的主体地位,以促进学生个性和潜能的发展,为此,在课程体系设置中应以学生发展为本,通过改革教学方法培养学生的主体精神,通过建立新的考核评价体系确立学生的主体地位。
At present, people have sufficiently realized that the higher vocational education should adhere to taking the students as fundamentality and stressing the students’ subject status, which is full importance of improv- ing teaching quality and implementing the training aim of higher vocational education. The author thinks that the management of higher vocational education should also stress the students’ subject status in order to develop the students’ personality and potential, therefore, we should take the students’development as fundamentality in course system design by reforming the teaching method to cultivate the students’ subject spirit and by establishing new examining and estimating system to establish their subject status.
