高职高专给排水专业课程体系与人才培养模式的研究

The curriculum system of water supply-drainage and the research on the training pattern of talented personnel in higher vocational education

高职高专院校的培养目标是工程、生产第一线的高素质、应用性人才。传统的课程体系和人才培养模式早已不再适应高职教育发展的要求,更不适应市场的需求。课程设置应紧随行业发展的步伐,人才培养模式应注重学生与行业的接轨,依托于生产、工程第一线培养学生,加大实践力度。

The training aim of higher vocational education is to cultivate the high-qualified and applied per- sonnel for the forefront of the engineering and manufacture.The traditional curriculum system and personnel train- ing pattern are no longer suitable to the development of higher vocational education,to say nothing of the market demand.The curricula and the training pattern of talented personnel should develop with the industries,namely, cultivate the personnel according to the demands of the forefront of manufacturing and engineering and greater efforts must be exerted to enhance the practical teaching.
