高职院校师资队伍建设中的问题及对策

On the problems and countermeasures in the administration of teachers in higher vocational academy

高职院校师资队伍建设是提高高职教师的数量和质量以及促进高职教育发展的需要。本文通过对我国高等职业院校师资队伍的现状及其存在的实际问题的分析,在现职教师的培训,人才引进与培养,管理体制改革等方面提出了一些建设性的改革措施。

In order to meet the needs of developing higher vocational education and improving the teachers' quality and quantity,the teachers' administration in higher vocational academy is of great importance.This paper firstly analyZes the actuality and existing problems in teachers' administration,then brings forward some counter- measures from the following aspects:the in-service training for teachers;the teachers' introduction and cultivation; the reform of administrative system.
